How it works

Four steps, and only one of them is on you.

1

Text us

Tell us the drip you want, your address, and roughly when. That's the whole booking process.

2

Intake & medical exam

We send a short health form, then a licensed medical provider completes a Good Faith Exam and issues the order before treatment starts. Utah requires it, and it means a prescriber — not just a nurse — has cleared what goes in your arm.

3

We arrive

Your nurse shows up with everything needed. Stay on your couch. Most drips run 30 minutes to an hour.

4

Pay & done

Card, Apple Pay, Venmo or your HSA/FSA card at the end. We pack out every bit of what we brought in.

Your nurse

Hi — I'm Cory, a registered nurse licensed in Utah. Your visit might be me, or it might be one of our other nurses through Bliss IV. Every one of us is a Utah-licensed RN working from the same protocol, with the same written order behind every visit.

Every visit starts with a licensed provider's Good Faith Exam and a written order, and everything we mix follows a protocol a licensed prescriber signed off on. We'll never talk you into a bigger bag than you need, and if we think you belong at an urgent care instead, we'll tell you.

Questions people actually ask

If yours isn't here, text it. Real answer, no sales pitch.

Who's actually putting the IV in?

A registered nurse licensed in Utah — that could be Cory, or it could be one of our other nurses through Bliss IV. Whoever arrives is a licensed Utah RN working from the same protocol. Before your nurse starts, a licensed medical provider — a physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant — completes a Good Faith Exam and issues the order for your specific treatment, which is what Utah requires. Every nurse works under a provider-authorized protocol with set formulations and doses — they can't improvise a bag, and we can't take a request the protocol doesn't cover. You're not getting a technician with a kit.

Does it hurt?

You'll feel the stick for a couple of seconds and then mostly nothing. Some people get a cool sensation up the arm or a vitamin taste in the back of the throat — both normal. If you're a hard stick, say so when you book.

Is this covered by insurance?

No — wellness IV therapy isn't billed to insurance, but we do accept HSA and FSA cards. Payment is a card, Apple Pay, Venmo or your HSA/FSA card at the end of the visit. We'll give you an itemized receipt if you want one for your records.

Can you come to a hotel or an Airbnb?

Yes, and it's a big chunk of what we do — especially in Park City. Give us the property name and room or unit number, and meet us at the door if there's a lock code.

How far ahead should I book a group?

48 hours for three or more people. Wedding mornings and bachelorette weekends fill up weeks out in summer, so text as soon as you have a date — even a tentative one.

Is there anyone you can't treat?

Yes. We can't treat anyone under 18, anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, or people with certain heart, kidney, or liver conditions. Some medications and allergies rule out specific ingredients. The intake form catches all of this — and if the prescriber says no, we don't treat and you don't pay.

Could anything stop the treatment on the day?

Yes. Your nurse checks your blood pressure, pulse and oxygen before starting, and the protocol sets a range they have to stay inside. If your numbers fall outside it, or the provider doesn't clear something on your intake, they stop and you aren't charged. It doesn't happen often, and it isn't a judgment call when it does — which is the reason to answer the health questions honestly.

Is there a travel fee?

No. There's no travel fee anywhere we serve, including Park City and Deer Valley. The price on the menu is the whole price — nothing gets added on at the door.

Do you do group rates?

Yes, and they're real money: three to nine people is 15% off each, and ten or more is 20% off each. Everyone has to be at the same place on the same visit. Text us the headcount and we'll quote the whole thing.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel free up to 2 hours before your window. Inside 2 hours, or if nobody's there when we arrive, there's a $50 fee — the supplies are already drawn up by then.

This isn't emergency care, right?

Correct. IV therapy is for hydration and vitamin supplementation in people who are basically healthy. If you're having chest pain, trouble breathing, a severe or sudden-onset headache, confusion, or you can't keep fluids down at all, call 911 or go to an ER. We'll tell you that ourselves if your intake looks that way.

Feel better. Live brighter.
